How can I make a reservation at Canado Club Family Village?
You have 3 ways to do it:
- by clicking on the button "Check Availability";
- by sending us an email at info@canadoclub.it;
- by phoning us or writing a WhatsApp text on +39 0565 7721.
How can I confirm a reservation?
The method of confirming a reservation depends on the chosen type of cancellation policy.
FREE CANCELLATION: no deposit is to be sent to confirm the booking and the reservation can be canceled free of charge within 48 hours before your arrival. Payment is required at check-in; no advance payment is required.
30% DEPOSIT: the price of the stay is lower but the immediate payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required within seven days after booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit is lost.
100% DEPOSIT: the price is even lower, but the total amount is to be paid at the time of booking; however, in the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the amount paid is returned in the form of a voucher of the same amount to be used within the following year. In case of cancellation after the 30-day deadline from the scheduled date of arrival, no refund will be given. This price plan is not always available and is active in case of limited time offers or on specific periods for the stay.

How can I cancel a reservation?
Cancellations must be made by written notice. The penalty applied will be as provided for by the Cancellation Policy indicated in the reservation.
How far is the beach?
Canado Club is directly by the beach.
Do the rooms have a balcony?
Yes, all the rooms on the first and second floor have a balcony.
The rooms on the ground floor have a patio in front of the entrance.

Do you have a parking lot?
Of course, we do.
We have a large free parking lot, covered and CCTV monitored (unsupervised), reserved exclusively for our customers.

What are check-in and check-out times?
By check-in, we mean the time you arrive at the resort. You are allowed to arrive starting from 10:00 am, complete the registration procedures and then enjoy the day.
The key to your accommodation unit will be handed over starting from 4:00 pm. What does “starting from” mean? We will do our best to provide you with your accommodation starting from 4:00 pm; however, the timetable is subject to variations. Don’t worry, though: your children can immediately join the entertainment activities and you can relax on the beach or in the pool and all of you can take advantage of our catering outlets.

From what time is the beach service available?
Please note that the beach service is for a fee. If you have reserved it, remember that your umbrella is available from 10:00 am on the day of arrival until 7:00 pm on the day before departure. On the morning of departure, the beach service is not included. Guests wishing to use the beach also on the day of departure can purchase the service on site, subject to availability.
What should I do on my arrival?
Upon your arrival, you will leave your car in the reserved parking space and reach the Resort in our shuttle bus to check in at the reception desk.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept debit card, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, check or cash in the terms provided for by the law.
What documents are required for checking in?
Each member of your family is required to produce an identity card. For the little ones, a health insurance card is enough.
How can I speed up the check-in procedure?
To speed up the check-in procedure, you can provide us with identity documents in advance as follows:
- By clicking on the link at the end of the online reservation procedure on our website.
- By clicking on the link we have sent by email upon confirmation of the telephone reservation.
- By emailing us the pre-filled form you have received upon confirming your reservation.
- By sending a photo of the required documents by WhatsApp on +39 0565 7721.

How do half-board and full-board bases work and what do they include?
Apartment or hotel room, it makes no difference: you can always include half board and full board services.
A buffet is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Marea Restaurant. Water is included with each meal, while other beverages are charged according to their actual consumption. At breakfast, juices and coffee are also included.
If you book your table no later than 2 p.m. on the same day, dinner at our La Bassa Pizzeria is also included in the board options.
Dinner at Maestrale Restaurant (à la carte menu) is always subject to a fee. However, if you stay with half or full board, you will be given a €15 discount for each adult (age > 12 years) and a €6.50 discount for each child (age 3-11 years) at the end of dinner.
Please note: There is no form of credit refund in case the final bill for dinner at Maestrale Restaurant does not exceed the amount determined for the discount against half board or full board. No refund is given for any meals not enjoyed that are included in the board basis selected at the time of booking.

Is it required to book restaurants?
All restaurants are subject to availability; therefore, reservations for meals beyond those included in your reservation are recommended (but not required). If your booking includes half board or full board, you do not have to make reservations for meals included at Marea Restaurant.
Is there a menu for people with celiac disease?
Our kitchen is not AIC (Italian Celiac Association) certified. However, there are always gluten-free dishes or products available at the buffet and at all restaurants. In addition, by communicating directly with our chefs, it is possible to request that gluten-free pasta/pizza be cooked on the spot; they will be careful to take the necessary precautions in the preparation. In any case, the absence of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
Is there a menu for newborn babies?
Of course, our chefs are always ready to prepare any type of baby food with the freshest and most genuine products. We also offer a choice of baby food in the restaurant. In addition, for those enjoying half-board or full-board, a specific children's menu is provided.
Do you have cots?
Yes, you will have camping beds, bed rails and highchairs at your disposal.
Do the rooms have a TV set with international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, all the rooms have satellite TVs. However, reception of the international channel signal is not guaranteed.
Is there a direct phone line in the rooms?
Yes, all the rooms have a direct phone line.
Do you have a Wi-Fi network?
Free Wi-Fi is guaranteed in the communal areas of the entire Resort. In the rooms or apartments, Wi-Fi is not guaranteed.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all the rooms have air conditioning, which is included in the price.
Are there any non-smoking rooms?
All our rooms are non-smoking.
What languages are spoken at the reception desk?
Italian, English, German, French and Russian.
What are the main places of interest near the hotel?
Castagneto Carducci (11 km), Bolgheri (16 km), Elba Island (48 km), Volterra (60 km), Pisa (75 Km.), Siena (120 Km.), Florence (140 km), Cavallino Matto Park (7 km), Acqua Village (24 km), Gallorose Park (19 km), Livorno Aquarium (57 km).
Where and how far is the central railway station?
Castagneto Carducci-Donoratico railway station is 3 km away.
What is the nearest airport?
Pisa airport is about 75 km away.
Do you have a shuttle bus service to and from the airport?
We do not have a shuttle bus service, but we can reserve a taxi to and from the airport for you.
Is a laundry service available?
In the resort we have a laundry room, open 24 hours a day, with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, the Resort has two swimming pools.
Are pets allowed?
No, no type of pet is allowed inside the Resort. However, squirrels and hares running around freely every now and then will keep you company.
Inside the resort, is there a strong GSM signal?
GSM signal reception is not guaranteed. We are lucky enough to find ourselves immersed in nature and the countless trees work as natural barriers to the diffusion of the signal. In some areas of the resort (for example, on the beach), the GSM signal is stronger.
In any case, you can always stay connected with your loved ones via Whatsapp: Wi-Fi is very powerful, and it is guaranteed in all the common areas of the resort. Furthermore, you can always ask Reception to switch calls to the landline in your room.
